Illinois & Wisconsin Hiking

I travel to my hometown of Chicago annually to meet with friends, eat Chicago hotdogs, pizza, and Italian beef sandwiches, and hike in the nearby Illinois and Wisconsin state parks. Although I’ve previously been to many of them, there’s always a new trail and a new view. As a (now) Southern California native, I miss scenic lakes, rivers, and green forests – but not the mosquitos!
